Another way for us and our clients to understand the project better is to have an overall rendered view of the exterior.
The image below is a rendering of a birds eye view of the bay house from the bay side looking at the rear house decks overlooking the bay area. The client wanted us to design from the outside in and focused on the outdoor living. We created different outdoor spaces within the larger scheme. An upper deck pool area, a small bar - grill covered area, a screened-in porch, a covered patio below the screened-in porch, an outdoor fire pit, a lower sun filled deck, two upper roof decks - one of which is facing west where you can go up and watch the amazing sunsets.
