We have recently completed a modern house in Princeton NJ. Before we had a chance to photograph the house and add to our web site and social media, our enthusiastic wonderful client has decided to go public on his own. The house was a result of close collaboration with the client and the contractor that included a long process of value engineering to arrive at an affordable budget for our client. The main living space going out to large open deck, kitchen and laundry and master bedroom are located on the second floor of this house. The lower level has two bedrooms, a family room and a two car garage.This unusual configuration allows beautiful views from the main living space.
